Ok my hubby is in the Marines,and were going to take care of my Immigration,they told him that i would automaticaly become a us resisent since im married to him,and we have a son,but idk if it will take a long time or what?...anyone been through this before?

Thats not how it works. US military get expedited citizenship, but you are the spouse of an American citizen. He must petition for you in the normal manner. Start at uscis.gov. Do not be afraid to engage an immigration attorney.

If you join you can get it, but you still have to go through all the correct paperwork and waiting. However, because you are married to a US citizen, you can apply anyway. But, you'll still have to wait like everyone else. Nothing is given automatically.
