Maybe she likes the smell of your laundry detergent \ softener?

No joke: I once had a cat who just loved my Mom's perfume. Mom would put some on a cotton ball and the cat would stay in to kitty-bed with it between her front paws and just would not stop sniffing it. The cat just loved the smell. Go figure...

It means that she is marking things in her territory! She wants all other animals ( even if you don't have other pets) to know that you and your stuff belong to her!

She might be itchy? Dogs can have allergies same as humans, only they usually show it in skin irritations rather than sneezing, etc.
