I would say it depends on the child and how mature they are. Make sure they know all the facts of life if they are teenage. But really I don't think there is anyway of stopping them if that is what they want to do. But make sure they are streetwise and know what they want and that they don't have to do anything they don't want to.

depends on how grown up they are! but on average 14/15 is a good dating age

not from 13 - 20 (we still to fragile and silly)

maybe 21 - onwards ( some are still stupid but you got a more wise lot as well)
