I know this sounds cliche, but you should just be yourself. Ask him about things he is interested in and try not to dominate the conversation all the time (most guys don't like it when girls talk too much). Try to find things in common that you are both genuinely interested in and can talk about (it will give you an excuse to start random conversations). But, at the end of the day, he either likes you or he doesn't. You should make an effort so that he gets to know you better and vice-versa, but you can't make him like you. Keep that in mind and be yourself.

If you have an opportunity to hang around him, do it. Just hang out and be yourself. If you play any kind of partner's game, try to pick him as your partner. If you have class together, see if he wants to study with you. The more time you have to get to know each other, the more comfortable you will be around each other.
In all these cases just be you. Be you all the time, and don't try to be anyone else.

Flirt with him.
Make eye contact...when you do, smile & blush! Keep the eye contact and see how he reacts.
He will then know that you're into him! And then maybe he'll come say something to you...or if you have the gumption, you can say something to him!!
Make small talk. "How are you doing" etc.

Start by letting the guy know you like him. Don't toss your-self at him, but don't be so suddel that he dosen't notice.

First you should wait till youre at least 15 before you date anyone. That's just basic. At that point, if you STILL don't know what to do, then you're still too young to be dating.

if you want him to like you act natural. don't be someone who he wants you to be!!! cuz then if he finds out who you really are and doesn't like him then you don't deserve him.
