Hello i am 14 years old and i don't like my hair. I wash it with garnier fructis every other day and it keeps falling out. It is thin and i always wanted to have thick hair. What should i do to make my hair stronger?

I would suggest taking some viatmins to thicken your hair and make it heathier. I DO NOT use Garnier. It made my hair greasy feeling and gross. Try a differnt shampoo and conditioner. Paul Mitchell is good. Almost anything from the salon. You can find stuff resonably priced too!

My wife tells me garnier is no good. I suggest going to a hair salon and getting a good recommended product from them.

My hair falls out too! I use Mane and Tail shampoo and conditioner. It works so good! and it thickens your hair too!! I used to ride horses and heard about it then, and now am using it on my hair - religously!! You can get it anywhere!

You can stop hair loss using many cheap and effective home remedies.Egg white, lemon juice, oil massage are other home remedies at http://www.wellnesstalk.org/hairfall.html will prevent further problems.

you say your hair is coming out...that could be because you don't brush underneath of your hair...and i recommend biolage it's only sold in hair salons
