I don't know what they are called, but I've made these many times...

Buy some chow mein noodles (crunchy) and melt chocolate chips or butterscotch chips (whatever flavor(s) you like.

Mix the noodles into the melted chips until they are well coated, then drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper to set.

That's all there is to it. You can buy several flavors of chips, to make different flavors of...whatever-you-want-to-call-them. They may be considered more of a cookie than a candy, but they are easy and tasty.

Personal favorite to teach the kids for holiday gifting:
No Fail Fudge
INGREDIENTS
4 1/2 cups white sugar
2 (5 ounce) cans evaporated milk
4 tablespoons water
1/2 cup butter
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup white chocolate chips
14 ounces chocolate candy bar, broken into pieces
3 cups marshmallow creme
3 cups chopped walnuts
DIRECTIONS
Grease a 9x13 inch cake pan. In a large Dutch oven or pan, mix together sugar, evaporated milk, water, and butter. Bring to a rolling boil and boil for 5 minutes.
Stir in semi-sweet and white chocolate chips., candy bars, marshmallow cream, and chopped walnuts. Mix well and pour into prepared cake pan. Cool and cut into small pieces.

hi there Try this>>ROCKY ROAD>>2 -- 8oz bars milk chocolate broken up>>2 1/2 cups tiny marshmallows>>1 cup coarsely chopped nuts>>>>Line an 8x8x2-inch pan with foil,extending the foil over the edge of pan; Butter foil and set aside..In a medium sauce pan slowly melt chocolate over low heat, stirring constantly,remove from heat. stir in the marshmallows and nuts.Spread into prepared pan> Chill till firm(at least 1 hour)Use foil to lift out of pan and cut into squares.Store in the refrigerator. Toffee is super easy. Butter and brown sugar. Cooks up fast. Even tastier if you sprinkle choclate chips on it after you pour it in the cooling pan, then spread them as they melt.

Sugar bags.
Take a bunch of sugar and put it in a sandwich bag.
Then pour the sugar into your mouth. Delicious!
