small things which pass us by every day...like the shapes of clouds,a plastic bag dancing in the wind, leaves blowing around, spiderwebs glistening with dew,the way people look at each other, the way rain slants,i could go on and on...there are so many beautiful things in the world that many of us pass by and dont notice ...do you?...did you notice anything wonderful today?...;0)

It is a sensible question. So many people do not see what is round about them.
The more important issue is to make sure that YOU do...and that you listen as well.....and smell.
Look at the intricacy in dew on a spiders web.
Listen out for tiny insects stridulating.
It make life more beautiful.
Keep it up.

You know, you have a very good point. I really didn't take time out to notice any of natures beautiful creations today. Life is so short and precious and many of us forget. Now when i am outdoors I do notice the small things but us, being humans, forget sometimes to stop and just look at the world before moving on. Thankyou. You gave me something to think about.

yes...I started opening my eyes again to all of this about 2 years ago...when I was awaken to my surroundings again...now I can't stop looking or I take pictures if I can to remember them.
today...I sat at lunch at a bench in a little nature center I go to each week...there I watched the last Fall leafs glide slowly to the ground (it's last stand failed once again upon the winter blow)...the best where the ones that landed in the stream...then I watched them flow down stream...squirrels were gathering their last meals before the winter...no bugs anymore which I love as I hate insects on me...the cold front is coming in today and has dropped a few degrees since this morning....yes all is good and time to put on the heavy coats and face the winter with a smile and fight against the wintery gloom...with joy instead. Bring it on Winter...you will be defeated by Spring's morning awakening in 3 months..

Yes, yes, yes.... This morning was really windy, and the clouds were careering across the sky really quickly, almost like they were on a video being played in fast forward - it was incredible. Then, as I watched, the whole sky lit up bright red, gold, pink... it was the most beautiful thing I've ever seen. I'll never forget it.

i was sat at work today watching the wind blow the leaves around and when it's raining heavy i watch it sometimes, but that's only as i have no work to do at the time so i gaze out of the window day dreaming, but to be honest i never really look at things around me, i suppose i'm guilty of taking things for granted

i take time to notice the small details. i look at things in a differnt light. Today i noticed for the first time in 32 years that the little toe on my right foot is shorter than the little toe on my left foot. i guess i just dont look down when looking for the small details

I look at everything that goes on around me. Today I watched the rain fall and the sun coming out to clear it all away.

yes i notice a lot of things like that. like right now where i am in connecticut it is raining and i think it is very pretty because you see romantic kissing scenes or just romantic scenes in the movies when there is pouring rain on both of them. I just wish it would happen like that in real life you know?
