Its not that the cold weather that would change your skin color, if you got a tan over the summer it's because you had supstantial exposure to the sun. During the cold months we tend to be inside more and not in the sun as much. If this is your situation than yes your tan can fade and your skin will go back to its natural coloring.

For some people, it can get lighter in countries which have grey winters. But in places which have ice-cold, bright, dry winters: it's like being out during the summer.
If I were you, I would push aside all those old-fashioned ideas about skin colour, and accept what God has given me. Just enjoy what you have, because nobody else will do it for you, nor can they do it better than you.

No, unless you are hyperthermic.
If your skin color changes in the winter it's due to the loss of any tanning you did in the summer. It has very little to do with the weather itself.

yes and no. It can't change the color of your skin, but when you are really cold your body will try to heat the vital organs in your body, so you skin will apear lighter because of less blood flow to the non-vital area. This isn't a change in the skin's actual color, just less blood underneith it.

Yeah, it can make you appear paler. It can be the dry skin the cold weather brings or due to other causes.

No. If you get brighter in the winter, that is your natural skin colour. Without the sun the pigment lightens to its original shade. The sun is not bleaching you.
