What is the best Interval International resort . . . in warm weather? Perferrably not in the US.?

I am looking to plan a surprise trip for my husband and myself. I need to go to a Interval International resort. Any suggestions? We live in the US and I'm looking for something exotic in warm weather. We are looking to go for a week or two between January- March.
