Here's my response(s) to your 5 points.
1) He's insensitive
2) If he's hiding this lunch meeting from you then he's a cheater.
3) He's a guy. (Most guys do that, don't make a big deal out of it)
4) He's not very bright is he? But he's not talking about them, he's talking about himself (his conquests)
5) He needs to either discourage her, or get back with her, one or the other.

I don't see any conclusive signs that he's cheating on you specifically, but he's obviously self-centered, & narcisistic.
Not good Bf material.

Well, first of all nobody can tell you what to do. You have to listen to your heart and your gut.

1. Everyone does it and it was probably because he is just comparing them to you and knowing that you are more wonderful than they are.

2. Was it a girl he was talking to? If you are not sure then maybe you shouldn't let that phone call bother you. If it was a girl, maybe he was asking to meet for lunch because he knows that if he doesn't take care of the situation in person, it won't resolve itself.

3. Honey, every man stares at other women. It's in their nature.

4. Once again, depends on how long their relationship lasted and how well they got along. Iknow I talk about my ex and so does my boyfriend, but we are not cheating on each other.

5. If the ex won't listen to him and he really wants her to leave him alone, maybe you need to have a little woman to woman talk with the ex.

Now these are just my opinions. Like I said in the beginning, you need to listen to your heart and to your gut. If that doesn't work out, come flat out and ask him and then truct his word until you catch him messing up.

I don't think any of your statements 1-5 are uncommon. I'm in a serious relationship for 4 1/2 years now and I have done all those things. I'm perfectly happy and do not cheat. NOW HEAR THIS, it has been my experience that if someone is cheating (your boyfriend for example) he will become mistrusting towards you. I do not know why, but it happens. The cheater becomes suspicious of his/her partner.

Frequent questions such as:
Where have you been?!
Who were you talking with?!
Why did you have to talk to him?!
What did you do last night?! Is that all!?

I cannot speak for women, but men will do these things, especially young men.

1. He's very immature.
2. Sees no reason to commit.
3. Obviously lies and withholds information.
4. Cheating or not, he's not being faithful.
5. Get out now because he is a waste of time!

Sounds like he's not over his ex. It sounds obvious that he's cheating on you. If he was meeting someone for lunch then I'm sure he'd let you know. Talk to him or talk to his ex!

On the surface the signs are pointing tp him, cheating. Some guys are trying to make you jealous by doing obvious things like that because they're insecure.

maybe...the only true way to know is to ask. put it this way, this is how my bf asked me if i was/had cheated: have you been involved with anyone, seeing anyone, or having sex with anyone since we have been dating...??

mine talks about his exes a lot but remember this (i even have trouble remembering it sometimes but TRY): if he wanted them, he'd be with them, NOT YOU. That is, unless, he was dumped by them and is clinging on to a last desperate hope.... which is lame and immature. ***** him out for it if its that
