Products are just okay in my opinion. But it's a pyramid scheme, so watch it.

I have been a member of the 60 Minute Money programme for some years now so perhaps I can provide some clarification:

Herbalife is a legitimate global network marketing firm which is traded on the New York Stock Exchange. See their website: http://www.nyse.com/about/listed/hlf_news.html. The NYSE does not trade shares of firms which are illegal scams.

Neither Herbalife or 60 Minute Money are pyramid schemes. A pyramid scheme is a non-sustainable business model that involves the exchange of money primarily for enrolling other people into the scheme, usually without any product or service being delivered. Herbalife does involve products, and many distributors have developed incomes solely from retailing the products and providing the follow-up service. The Herbalife business model is sustainable as the company has been in business since 1980 and 2006 looks likely to be the company's biggest year to date.

As to the benefit of the products, the programme is based on good nutrition and is very effective. Here is the link to the Herbalife Testimonials page (The stories can't be fake on this source because as Herbalife is a publicly listed company their statements have to stand up to independent scrutiny).

Herbalife also sponsors numerous sporting events around the world. For example, they are the official nutrition sponsors of the London Triathlon (2005, 2006 + 2007). Here is the London Triathlon's website:

http://www.thelondontriathlon.com/Herbalife.html

60 Minute Money is a trainning programmme complete with tools and support put together to help distributors grow their herbalife business. The programmme has to be checked by Herbalife's legal team and has been enabling Distributors to succeed for nearly 5 years now.

As with all types business, some people will succeed and others will not, and it does depend on the hard work, talent, and ability to to learn and change of the individual.

For an independent view of Network Marketing as a business model, I recommend Robert Kiyosaki's The Business School:

For information on 60 Minute Money, I recommend that you order the CD Rom information presentation and see for yourself whether you like the opportunity. If it's not for you, the CD can be returned for a full refund.

It's a weight loss product just the same as many others. It is also a pyramid selling scheme - though they call it something else. My advise is the same as the other two answers hold on to your money and don't be fooled,

Pyramid scam. Stay away from it. The products SUCK because it's all about getting people below you to sign on--But you have to pay so much to get in and that's where you'll lose your money. It's like Amway.
