Alicia Keys helps a lot of people. But I don;t know if she helps for child abuse I think so because shes a good person.

Kara Walker (a professor at Columbia and very famous contemporary artist) is an excellent choice for this. She deals with race related issues mostly, but many of her pieces clearly references abuse. If you look up her work, you can tell in the sillhouettes there are clear narratives on this topic. Here's a good link on her images...
