It certainly will, but you will not have the HD element, just plain old flat pictures which are boring after seeing them in 3D HD.

No problem. You will obviously not get an HD (High definition)picture from your existing VCR and DVD but if you buy any new HD equipment (sky HD,Blueray or HDDVD)or a DVD player that upscales ordinary DVD to HD, you'll see the improved picture quality in those cases.

Sure it will, you just won't get the HDTV resolution.
Just connect the appropriate cables that both the
HDTV and VCR/DVD have in common -and voila!
