If you ask them out on a date and they say they don't know you just move on. It's their loss. Eventually you will ask someone and they will want to go out with you for real.

Don't give up and keep on looking and maybe in the long run you will find someone who will go out with you. How old are you ? Do not rush. Finnish your studies first. You will not run out of girls.
