Is he neutered? If not there is no way to stop him. Unnueutered male dogs are going to mark their territory. Particularly if taken to an unfamiliar place they want to make it their own. Get the dog neutered it won't stop right away but after the testosterone is out of his system it will. Just make sure you clean up all the urine markings that he made before so he doesn't go back to those spots.

Get him fixed. Not only will it curb the incessant smelly marking but it will also prevent aggression and over dominance. In this day and age theres no reason for a dog to NOT be fixed. Theres lots of low cost options and animal overpopulation due to mutts breeding and irrespondsible breeders is a HUGE problem that many just dont have a clue about!

he may not be totally house broken yet. try spraying water in his face when does that . it doesn't hurt them to do that. if he has a dog house in the house tell him to go to be and stay. that's what we did with our Shepard and he stopped after a week.
