Price range (based on what friends tell me, what I've seen and what I charge) anywhere from $40-$100. And be sure to tip.
Good questions to ask:
~ Has the piercer done this before and do they have pictures of sucessful piercings (if the piercer has no knowledge or experience, leave)
~Sex and issues having it. (this depends on the piercing, often no sex for the first 4-8 weeks and protected sex for 6-9 months until it heals. That decreases risk for infection)
~Issues with personal habits (i.e. going to the bathroom. Usually you will want to wash the area or at least wipe well after using the bathroom)
~When oral contact is acceptable (again, avoid for the first 4-8 weeks, and if contact is made, gentle contact only for a while and wash well afterward to avoid infection)
Also be aware to clean the area well, always wear clean under garmets and shower regularly. Since the area is always confined, its hard to heal and is at high risk for infections, so keep it clean, take good care of your piercing and you should be fine.

Prices for a genital piercing would be 80-90 dollars per pierce. However if you plan on doing it yourself you will need a needle, which will need to be heated and soaked in lemon juice, rubbing alchohol, an ice pack, disinfectant, and a few towels.(My brother got a genital peircing...he should know). Also you may need moral support from your friends, family, and your local peircing artist.

Let me see the medical reports guarenteeing you have spread no STD's or other disease or illness and rates of infection. Let me see the notorized permission slips for the people you have done this too under the age of 18. Let me see a current copy of your arrest record.

Price is going to be dependent upon many factors, including the survival rate of the customers. A good price for a Staple Gun job is $1.35, $1.50 if it is wiped off after that last poster is put up.
Questions:
"Have you ever done this before?"
"Did they live?"
"Do you require your victims to be sober?"
"Do you ever wash these ice picks?"
"What is that rash/sore/lesion on your hands?"
"What do you mean "no anesthetic?"
"Why do you want to take photos?"
"Have you been in a mental facility in the last week?"
Take it from there!
Best wishes.
