On Wednesday when I weighed myself it said 131.
Then Thursday it said 132/133.
And today it said 133/134.
Why?? I barely ate anything yesterday and not too much the day before that!

If you don't eat, you actually way more for a while, your body stores food. Maybe you should do a little diet, but still eat at a good amount. If nothing helps go see a doctor,

Hi, Olivia

Well...if nothing else is going on with you, it could be just a bit of water weight or something. Are you close to your period? Have you had a lot to drink lately...

I mean....were you dressed when you weighed yourself? If so, the different clothing could be your answer. Been to the bathroom?

We need more info, really.

no matter how much you eat you still gain weight. you shouldn't worry over matter like this. if you want to lose a few lbs this is what i did. i ate more health foods, cut out sodas, and i worked out alot and now I'm down to 119 which my doctor said was a health weight be at. so don't worry. if you still worried try eating more veggies and fruits with your meals.

Your body weight is always going to fluxuate from day to day. It's absolutely normal no matter how much or how little you eat. Just remember to eat healthily and try to eat either three square meals a day or several smaller meals. You are healthier when you do eat, so remember to eat your meals!

Weigh yourself first thing in the morning before you eat anything. Don't weigh yourself with clothes on, otherwise you will weigh a little more.
