No. Who is to say that the handicap would be passed down anyway? Or that it is something that shouldn't be? Why stop there, why not neuter the children of alcholoics and drug addicts too? Those tendencies are hereditary. Why not neuter people with sickle cell or hemophelia? i could go on and on. You start trying to cull the population and it will never end.

Who are you to even consider that. you are not God. When did having children become breeding like animals. You need to educate yourself. Mentally challenged children are very loving human beings. Let them decide, and just because they are born that way does not mean their children will be.

That is ridiculous. Why don't someone neuter irresponsible, reckless people to prevent them handing these bad habits down to children so they can grow up and be a nuisance too?

Are you nuts??? This is a child, mentally challenged or not. You have no right to do such a thing or have it done, for that matter.
That's eugenics, the very thing that started WW2.

I don't think morality enters into it. You are not planning on killing the child, just preventing the possibility of a sexual act that may result in a lawsuit at a future time.

Also, the procedure may eliminate any violent emotional tendencies in the future.

not only is that extremely sick, it is also inhumane and does not give the child a chance ever.... if anyone ever does this they deserve to get their balls cut off!
