It depends on your baggie, the storage, and the condition of the area you store them.
Our fridge would make them ick in 24 hours.
If it's just a sandwich baggie without a Zipper,.. then it's similar to just letting them sit out on a plate.
Usually a Bag with a Zipper and Freezeing help to extend life of things homemade with chocolate (some times the chocolate becomes brittle when it's thin though so be careful). You may want to put a touch of powdered sugar in the bag [assumeing you get one with a zipper] so when you you take them out the chocolate doesn't melt and get all over the place/bag//stuck to the bag.

chocolate covered pretzels
Today we took a break from any large scale party preparations because we attended a friend's birthday party. This party wasn't a home party, but instead was held at an outside party location where the children were entertained by someone other than the parents. There are certainly advantages to this kind of party, such as being a lot easier on the parents, as the facility often provides turnkey packages. There's nothing to clean-up after the party is done, and your home is left undisturbed.
But, a home party offers the opportunity to make a unique and personalized event. For example, at my daughter's request, I made chocolate covered pretzels today as a special treat for her party. They don't take a lot of time, and they're not at all difficult to make. You can top them with any of your favorite goodies like nuts, gummy candies, mini marshmallows, etc. Try them yourself the next time you'd like a special treat to serve to any of your guests, young or old.

Well try to keep them in an airtight container, and they should last as long as regular pretzels would, but they will get soft a bit quicker because of the chocolate. . . .. They will last a while. Probably over a week.
