Watch the tv show "The Office".
NBC Thursdays at 8:30pm
Watch the relationship between Dwight (the creepy jerk) and Jim (the cute decent guy). Jim comes up with tons of practical jokes and things to get back at Dwight for his annoying ways.
It's a good show and will help you see that co-workers everywhere are annoying and we all want to cause bodily harm to them!
Good luck!

You are allowing him to get on your nerves. If there is something that is genuinely bothering you, consider sitting down with him for a polite conversation about it. A little kindness will get you a lot further than an act of violence. Be the bigger person and extend him some grace and mercy. You will feel better about yourself and the situation.

Get out of there. Take a lunch. Come back with some headphones so you don't have to listen to them.

Don't let him/her push your button. You are a better person.
