Blue balls or why our testicles turn blue

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
You may have noticed a distinct bluish tinge to your testicles after you make out for several hours -- and the deep, most uncomfortable ache that goes along with it.

Actually, it's not your testicles that are blue, it's the skin of the scrotum. When you're aroused, blood flows not only to the penis, but to the entire area.

The longer you stay aroused, the longer the blood stays there. Newer blood is red, but older blood, which has less oxygen, is blue -- and that's why your testicles appear to contain more blue blood than Buckingham Palace.

It's not harmful, so don't run to the emergency room. If it lasts for hours and hours after you've stopped being aroused, though, see a doctor. Or find socks to match.

Are you seriously asking? Blueballs are a terrible phenomenon affecting many men in the world, resulting from being led to think they will receive some sort of sexual closure in the near future, but all they get are hugs and kisses- thus your balls turn blue and eventually will drop off and explode.

It's kind of difficult to explain, but I suffered a lot from this "malady" as a teenager and young adult. How can I put it without being overly grafic?

O.K., usually young men occasionally suffer from this because the sex drive is so strong in them and they have no partner for release. The semen and other fluids build up in the prostate gland which causes the "plumbing" to get backed-up, so to speak, which causes inflamation and pain, especially in the scrotum and testicles. There are a couple of things you can do for this on your own:

1) masterbate, it's not mortal sin
2) take some advil or aspirin to relieve pain and inflamation
3) If it really gets bad, see a urologist

Standing out naked in zero weather will make 'em blue for sure! LOL But no most of all the rest had it right. Gettin up and not being able to release after sexually charged. Not that i'm an expert and frankly never seen blue ones not even close.

ok dear, when you get an erection because you see a fine lady walking down the street and you can't get her out of your mind all day/night and at the end of the day, you still have your erection and no sex...your lil friends want to go swimming and need to be let out somehow. give yourself a lil rub, tug, pull and let them free...you will not have blueballs anymore!

try it and call me in the morning...

This is so inappropriate behavior but since you asked.

Blue balls is a slang term for a temporary fluid congestion in the scrotum and prostate region. It is most-commonly associated with adolescents but can occur in any sexually mature male. It is often accompanied by a deep, agonizing, cramping ache.
