After be exhausted twice in the same week I took a 4 hour nap after school, woke up around 11 am worked till 3 am and then went back to sleep. For both days I had the same freaky, terrifying sleep experience.

Before going to sleep for a second time I feel this weird feeling like a big boom, and a loud noise. It startles me and then I eventually fall asleep. When I'm asleep the dream follows the same pattern. I am moving around my house or my room and sometimes in complete darkness trying my hardest to escape it, trying to open my eyes, with a very panicy feeling. I then can hear my own breathing, or feel my mouth being very dry. Eventually two narrow slits appear and I can see some light through them but still am trapped. In these dreams there are mirrors with reflections that don't make sense, I see things in them that aren't there, and for some reason I have uncontrollable laughter for no reason followed by acts of pure aggression.

Does anyone know what this is?

It sounds like you may have a panic or anxiety disorder that is starting to come to light. Those symptoms have also happened to me, but it was around the time that I was under a tremendous amount of stress at work and at home. Maybe you are under stress at school and home and that's your bodys way of telling you to deal with the stress soon. You might want to talk to your doctor about this and see if they can do something to help you with your symptoms and maybe they can help you with either counsling or exercise. Hope this helps.

You could be suffering from a panic disorder or have some neurological issues. You should talk to your doctor about this.
