Do not do it. It is not an obligation.
Mutilation is not an accepted practice.
You evolved or were designed or were made by the FLying Spaghetti Monster with a foreskin. There are many reasons for that. Do not get rid of it !
"The fundamental biological sex act becomes, for the circumcised male,
simply satisfaction of an urge
and not the refined sensory experience that it was meant to be."
Falliers, C.J. Circumcision. Journal of the American Medical Assn., vol. 214, 1970, p. 2194
"These, then, are the human genitals. Considering their great delicacy, complexity and sensitivity,
one might imagine that an intelligent species like man would leave them alone. Sadly, this has
never been the case. For thousands of years, in many different cultures, the genitals have fallen
victim to an amazing variety of mutilations and restrictions. For organs that are capable of giving
us an immense amount of pleasure, they have been given an inordinate amount of pain."
Desmond Morris Body Watching Crown Publishing/New York 1985

in case you substitute Reform or Reconstructionist you wont should be circumsized. yet your conversion isn't regarded as valid by the Orthodox, both. you'll nevertheless be seen as a Gentile by the Orthodox. No, there is no longer something which may be finished as hostile to a circumcision till you've already had it finished as a toddler - in which case in the time of an Orthodox conversion a drop of blood is taken as symbolic of the circumcision itself. in case you desire a valid conversion which will be regarded by classic Orthodox Judaism, then you will favor to get an Orthodox conversion. Conversions done by the Reform, the Reconstructionist, and the Conservative are literally not seen to be valid conversions because they don't save on with Torah techniques in the time of their conversions. Nor do they *require* their converts to save on with Torah regulation because the Orthodox do. that's information you ought to comprehend, in case you probably did not already. it would want to help you're making up your ideas about which course to bypass and which to circumvent.

And, who says without meds? I know of when meds were used. Find another Rabbi---------------perhaps your is sadistic.
I should add-the ones that have had it done went to a hospital to have it done.
How did you become Jewish before having this done?

Don't panic. Don't you realize the wine is given even to the smallest babies on the tip of the rabbi's finger? Wine is not considered a medicine and you will have wine (which is an anaesthetic, you know) as part of the ritual. To Life, my friend.

This sounds a little odd. First you cannot convert without being circumcised. Second as an adult there is no reason it cannot be done in a hospital with medication.

ok, so you want to mutilate your gentals in the name of some fake god... there are support groups that can help with self harm. I recommend you check them out as soon as you can.
If there was a god - do you really think it would be pleased with you that you are mutilating parts of your body - i doubt it.
Read this site FIRST before you mutilate your genitals.

If you already are Jewish then you don't need to fulfill any other requirements. They cant it back if you don't get circumcised. Regardless of that, one does not have to be circumcised to be Jewish.

Become a Druid. The only danger are splinters. Weenie-cutting is another primitive tradition. In anthropology it's called "ritual mutilation." (And please spare me the "health benefits" argument. If I cut off your feet you'll never get athletes foot.. so ...)
