www.zazzle.com It's a great website because you can put of photo on anything, clothing, bags, mugs, posters, etc and you don't have to buy a minimum. So if you want you can make one t shirt. Prices, selection and quality are good too. I've used them several times.

Print the pictures from your computer onto "heat transfer" paper (available at most office supplies stores with the photographic papers and supplies). Then iron the image from the heat transfer paper onto the cloth / tote.

AVERY sells paper that you print on then iron on your clothes or a bag. If you do that, you should decorate it with little rhinestones, maybe around your doggies neck over the pic. Thats adds a cute touch.

Most places like photobucket or wallmart.com have that option. You should go to a michaels craft store and get iron ons. Thats what I did with my tote.

a way to bypass all the work is just to do it through http://www.cafepress.com/
you set up a store, upload the photo, choose the clothing and 'sell' it to yourself. a Tshirt is fairly cheap and the whole store and clothing set up can be done in 15 min.

Another web is www.spreadshirt.com. It is a little pricey but they have a lot of options.
