Coffee Cake is a cake made with coffee and cinnamon sugar and eaten with Coffee usually for breakfast. You can go to www.Kraftfoods.com to get a good recipe for it so you can try it out. (it tastes SO good.) YUM!

It's a cake that has apple strudel or cinnamon topping. It's very good and just happens to go good with coffee.

It's a cake you have with coffee, either in the morning or at midmorning. Here's my grandma's recipe:
Grandma’s Bohemian Coffeecake
4 tbsp. oleo (melted or softened)
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
½ cup milk (2% or whole milk)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder mixed together with 1 ½ cups flour
Filling:
2 tbsp. oleo (melted or softened)
½ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
½ cup chopped nuts
Grease and flour the pan. Put half of batter in pan, add half of filling with a spoon—other half of batter and filling on top. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Double the recipe for a 9” X 13” pan.
