I am 5'6" and I have a goal to eventually weigh 140-150 lbs. I realize that everyone is built differently. But is there such thing as an ideal size as well as an ideal weight? How do you know when you look as good as you can? Is there such things as perfect measurements?

5'6 at 140-150 should be a size 9/10...I think. I think a 9/10 is a nice size.

I'm not sure if there is one ideal size, but you should aim to have no more than a 32 inch waist. I think 28 inches or less around the waist would be ideal and that would be about a size 8. HTH : )

i think you would be a 10-14 at those weights.
but sizes are changing fast.
dress sizes change over the years.
your ideal weight is 131. i know because i am that height.
i have researched it. but 140-150 is ok.

Well, I'm 5'4" and I weigh 118lbs and that's the right weight for my height. and my dress size is 3-4. So, I think for you 5'6" should be 130lbs that's with muscles build. and dress size should be 6-8 or in between.

140-150 at 5'6" would probably put you at an 8-10.

9 is hott! 7 is just a average size for most.. so u can be sexy and curvie or 7 like the rest.. good luck and best wishes..
