Does anyone know what the death rate is of the new super flu bug known as the bird flu?

Also, not sure if anyone is interested, but I also located an online bird flu discussion forum that looks pretty interesting. There's A LOT of people on it. It's at http://www.Avianflutalk.com

Hope this helps!

It's hard to know because it may be being under-reported in Asia. For example, we only hear of the cases that kill people but plenty of poultry handlers get flu like symptoms all the time and many of those could be H5N1 and we'd never know.

If it mutates so that it can easily infect humans the mutation could make it much less dangerous too so we'd have to wait and see what the death rates would be like.
