are there any cameras which allow both the eyes to focus on one object or scene?

normally we do focus with only one eye, by closing the other.

Learn to shoot with both eyes open.
Most people put the viewfinder to their dominant eye.
People who use the screen on their digicam use both eyes, I guess.
Actually, I believe ther are binoculars that take pics, so you would use both eyes there, too. I think the pictures are low quality, though.
