It seems you are trying to translate a song, most likely reggeaton. I'll try my best given the fact that reggeaton singers use a lot of slang (in spanish) and mix one word with another making one up themselves!

Sacude can be: to dust or to shake (most likely to shake),

perreale: dog it, perreo it's a way of dancing (girl in front, guy in back in a very sexual way),

Divinos: divine, great, delightful

Sube: climb up, go up,

Puye: it's not a very common word, only in certain spanish speaking countries is used-"puye" means to go in (used in most cases sexually) also: to prick

Bule bule nalgas de hule:

I have never heard the word "bule" before but they might be using it to rhyme with the "hule" word which means plastic or rubber and nalgas means as,s (nalgas is not a very appropiate word it's better to use: trasero, pompis or even cola) so it goes: bule bule plastic/rubber as,s.

P.S.:I'm just assumming it's for a song, I can be wrong.

Well. I can give you a partial answer:
sacude = he beats or shakes
perreale = ?
divinos = divine or delightful
sube = he goes up or climbs
puye = he pricks
bule = ?
nalgas de hule = rubber butt
Edit: Found out that "bule bule" is the name of
a song by Los Rockin' Devils as well as a dance.
Here's the website for the song:
www.losrockindevils.com/discHQ.htm
One of the other websites listed
had the phrase "Mira como bailo el bule bule, Dianita".
Here it is:
