Hunny there is no getting over out of all of the realtionships ive been in ive only loved two of the girls the first my first love i still think about her at least two to three times a week and come the holidays always think about her the thing is with time you can live with thoes thoughts and thoes fellings because youve become acustom to the thoughts and feeling... and the other girl well long story short me and her broke up and she is day to day with me she slept with me on monday and on tuesday told me she loved me and wants to be with me and not to worry becuse things will work them slefs out but yesterday tells me not to talk to her any more so im stuck thinking about her all day every day but with time things get easier and will be ok i promise

i had the exact same problem hunny.. and the only way to get over the guy you loved is to be as far away from him as possible. Im serious, definitly lose contact with him because the more you see him the more love is going to grow in your heart for him.

This is always a tough one, and you never really get over someone you love simply because they are still in your system, all you can do is learn to accept that you are no longer together.

keep as busy as possibe despite how much you feel like not doing things. help others, volunteer. do something that you always wanted to do but couldn't because of this person. in other words, make a positive out of the time you don't have to spend with him. for me, getting busy is key. and workout extremely hard. don't nap!!!!! sleep is the devil's playground as is idleness. work on physical self improvement for kicks....self esteem. thats all you can do. good luck

u wont really get over them per se...u will still remember but with less and less pain as time goes....and yes u move on, u meet new friends..u hav fun..and those memories that used to give u chest tightness will eventually just make u smile with a gentle cleansing sigh....
