I am used to a Calvary Chapel - it is very biblically based. I an more interested in churches that follow the doctrines of God and not doctrines of man which most denominations fall into - "tradition"

Seems like a small town. You may be best served with an internet church.

And 5solas, you say that non-denominational churches have wacked teachings....like talking burning bushes, 40-day rainfalls that flood the entire planet, and casting demons into pigs?

The denominational churches have some pretty wacked theories, and maybe the asker doesn't want such a strange and corrupt organization.

Sorry, presagio1, but what makes you think the Baptists have the whole truth? The Baptists are just as credible as any non-denominational church.

I heard someone ask the same question on to everyman an answer the CC call in show. Chuck Smith said if they're weren't a Calvary around the closest thing is a missionary alliance church, check it out. If there isn't one around try a baptist church, Sunday morning will be very traditional, the worship is mixed with hymns & contemp. sometimes & the midweek will be familiar with a good bible study.

NO. Why would you want to join a false church that has no authority from God to perform the ordinances that they do. (i.e. Baptism, confirmations, healing of the sick) Non-denominational Churches are splinters from another church and can't possibly have the whole truth.

None in Parsons, you might want to check an Internet site which references non-denom congregations in the zip codes adjacent to Parsons.

Why would you want a non-denominational church? Such "churches" are accountable to no one and usually end up with wacked teachings. Beware of any church that is unwilling to submit to an overseeing body.
