All of them. Even a cup of sugar snap peas only has 20 calories. Eat as many vegetables as you want, just make sure they are prepared in a way that doesn't add calories. (No added butter, oils, etc.)

All veggies are good for you, but especially celery. It actually takes more calories to digest it than the calories that it contains! (So it has negative calories).
