If, you have ever had this done once at the Doctor you can do it yourself; They take this Bulb thing and just make a real hot water, hot as you can handle, and it is hot. Suck the water into the bulb and squirt in your ear "Slowly" so you not blow your eardrum out. And that mess will come out in a big chunk! You may want it done by a Doctor/Nurse first to learn and know.
