When I did a GCSE in accountancy, a few years back, I was worried about the exam and my nerves. I was an older student and my memory isn't so good.
I was told by a friend, to go for a cycle ride, or do something strenuous, something that helps stimulate you.
It worked, so this should help you, not only with the exam, but concentrating on your revision.
Good Luck with both. I passed with a B.

HI... Look for "Auto Hypnosis Software" on a search engine. There are some programs that shows an image and play a sound to improve skills for a person.

I used to study with background music. I could not get anything to stick if I worked in silence.
Try running through your notes before you sleep.
Some people swear by recording their notes onto tape and listening to it as they fall asleep.
Some people use mnemonics to help them learn but this never worked for me.
