I've heard alot of artists (mainly rap artists) referring to this drink in there songs. Is it available in the UK?

Patron is expensive Tequila.. You can try a yahoo search for the liqueur and order it on-line or check out your local liqueur stores.

It's about $40-50 a bottle tequila. Not bad, but there are better.

I wouldn't drink it just because a rapper sings about it. If you want a great tequilla, try CABO WABO.
