i think you may be a little bit too attached but if you are around her often try to see her less often. Im not saying you shouldnt visit your mother but i dont think you should be quite as attached because you are and adult and need to live your life and she wont always be there. Iwould suggest calling her when your awy just to say hi but dont be so dependant on her.

It's quite okay. You know, it doesn't matter how old we are we all sometimes feel like vulnerable children. When my son was younger he went to live in Sweden for a time. We all broke our hearts. It's just the way it is, and I'm pleased to say that sons are far more loving and emotional than daughters. Wouldn't have it any other way. You feel sad, let the tears flow. Just shows how nice a son you are.

One does not need a reason to cry for mom. Tears for mom is an expression of love, no matter what the emotion is about.

Crying for someone or a situation is perfectly normal. This is the body's way of releasing tension. I am glad you cried for your mother, it shows you care.

Hi there !
Because you are TOO much dependent on your mother !
Maybe yours is a closely knit family..!
or maybe you are too soft hearted..!

but first time, "it happens for everybody" when you are away from your family or mother for studies, holidays etc..

but we should "learn from our experiences" ..dont you think..?
best wishes..

Fears of some sort are things we all have, but facing them like
you are and surviving will make them go away, and by the way
no one is normal.

Doesn't sound normal to me, but who am I to judge. If you are really concerned about it, make an appointment with a mental health proffessional in your area.
