Yes. We have for the last few years. I think that it helps us to remember the greatest gift that was ever given. The Lord Jesus Christ.

Why ruin a good day?
Well, okay, that depends on what part of the Bible you choose to read. If you choose the passages where God unjustly slaughters people, then that can be a downer for the children on Christmas. Stories of love and compassion taught by Jesus would be okay.
But then, why should Christmas be special? If you read the Bible and look at the good stories of Jesus, then why would you only reserve Christmas day?
That's the big problem with Christmas and the number-one reason I oppose this holiday: It promotes hypocrisy. So many people are rotten to one another, but when this one little day rolls around, then they're so nice and loving.
If someone is going to be mean and rotten all year, then grow some testicles and be mean and rotten on Christmas. If you are kind and loving all year, then Christmas doesn't stand out as a special day.
So, if people do read the Bible on Christmas day, I certainly hope they are in the habit all year round. Otherwise, they join the heap of hypocrites.

Old family tradition. FTR - not praise, I also have my personal Bible reading before such as well. Those get me ready for the family reading!
Luke is the favorite, but lacks several of Matthew's details.

Yes the story of Jesus' birth. We like to keep in perspective what the season is really about so it stays generally uncommercialized.
