Hey there. Have you changed your diet at all recently? This includes drinking more soda, alcohol or eating more sweets. What about makeup? Do you wear a foundation? It could be just something as simple as watching what you put in your body or on your skin. My skin has always been clear even when I was pregnant but after my son was born at that time of the month no matter what I do I break out now. It could be an age thing, but check out what you have been doing regarding your diet habits and what kind of products you have been using. Hopefully, it is something that you can change without having to use an acne product. Good luck.

Acne or blemish-prone skin is a remarkably common skin condition. While many adolescents may experience acne, this condition also can appear for the first time in adults in their 20s or 30s or even later in life. Generally, however, if you had acne as a teenager, you are more likely to have it again as an adult. Eighty to 100 percent of all teenagers have acne to some degree, and an increasing number of adult women also have some acne.
Limit the number of layers ofcosmetics products they apply and to avoid any products containing oil.

Use tomato puree as a twice-weekly 15-minute mask.
Clean your face with a bit of baking soda mixed with water, and then follow up with antiseptic cream, at night.
Use egg-yolk as a face mask a couple of times a week, in the evening.
Whatever the reason for your acne rashes: re-examine your diet, exercise for 20 minutes a day, and de-toxify your gut and liver.
See a homeopath or a doctor as a last resort.

try Cetaphil face wash.. it is very gentle and for sensitive skin. wet ur face w/ warm water, wash w/ cetaphil, rinse and pat dry.
do this morning and night.
as for acne, this is what i did after i used benzoyl peroxide (2%) and RUINED my face!! it was so red and blotchy.. i was sad. anyways, i tried this and it's really helped me (i am 26 years old and always have had acne).
after u wash ur face at night, apply a THIN layer of honey to whole face. some people are allergic, so be careful if it really hurts or stings u might be allergic. other than that, spread over ur face and maybe put some more on acne prone areas. put a towel on ur pillow.... then sleep on ur Back, hopefuly u don't roll around on ur face at night.....
if u don't want to do that at night, then for at least 30 min to an hour each night wear the honey mask and rinse off w/ warm water. moisturize afterwards.
and once a month or like every other week, try this face mask: get a bottle of uncovered aspirin pills (like $0.97 at wal mart). take 3-4 and drop some water on them, they will get soft. squirt either Cetaphil face wash OR honey and spread all over ur face. let dry for an hour or so and wash off w/ warm water.. it's a great exfoliator. and then moisturize!
