I once suffered from Chronic Bronchitis. I would suffer sometimes 3 to 4 times per year! Usually when there was a major change in the pressure outside (I live in the north, and the temperature spikes and dips do wonders to chronic sufferers of bronchitis!). Each time I would get horrible hacking coughs, hoarking up green phlegm..it was so frustrating!

The key to getting rid of your bronchitis is to find a way to completely eliminate the germs that are causing all the phlegm and irritation leading to your hoarking cough and heavy breathing. Keep reading to learn how to do kill these germs!!

Make an appointment with your doctor but before you see him, make a list of all the symptoms of your bronchitis as shown below:

1. runny nose
2. lack of energy (malaise )
3. chills
4. fever
5. back and muscle pain
6. sore throat
7 cough (dry or mucus-filled)

To start with, the cough may be dry but later it can have abundant mucus.

Please tell you doctor if you have any pets which could be causing strong allergic reactions. There are many other factors that can bring on sudden attacks of bronchitis, like allergic reactions to dust, inhalation of certain odors or paints, incense or smoke.

If you are a smoker, you should quit smoking. Continued use of steroids can lower your immunity, sap your energy and slowly degrade the quality of life.

There is a website that can give you more information:

You must consult your doctor about your own symptoms and medical conditions before you order any medicine online.

If it were bronchitis you'd be even sicker by now. It's constant coughing and you'd feel so bad you'd stay in bed. It could just be a simple flu bug or a cold.
