Just be yourself and say it back to him if he calls you or you see him in person. I know your probably nervous and everything, but it's just a waste of time if you two keep beating around the bush about saying "I love you" when you both know how you really feel. Obviously he's trying to let you know his feelings, but you have to let him in on yours too. Don't wait for him. If you feel like saying it all the time then say it. You two have been going out too long to be scared to tell each other you love one another. Just be calm and let your feelings go. Good luck!!!

Just tell him I Love You the next time you see him, or leave the message on his voice mail. If you guys aren't comfortable saying it to each other in person maybe one of you are still unsure about it.

Well you obviously mean it! cause you did say you love him.
and if you want to start saying it then do it. just say it when ever where ever you want. youve been dating for almost 10 months! and only said it a couple of times... if you feel you love him let him know he might want to hear it and wants to feel more comfortable to hear it --- he might be hinting you to make the first move

guys like it when girls make the first move.

nothing, those words are the most overused and overrated things people say nowadays so if you really want to know you have to ask him what he means of just look for some body language that he might be sending you.
