There's this guy I work with who is great. He's so sweet and I catch him from time to time looking at me. Well, I don't want a relationship right now, all I want is sex. I think he wants it too. I feel also that eventually something else could come of it, but I'm not sure. Should I go ahead and approach him, or wait for him to come to me? Another thing is that whole sexual harassment thing. I don't want to get me or him in trouble, so what should I do?

Sexual harassment happens only if someone tries to force oneself sexually on others. This is not the case here, seems to me. So, give him a hint of a body language, and let him take the next step. Who knows, maybe something will come out of it, like you said. Good Luck.

You should allow (not wait) the man to approach you to see where he is coming from. If sex is all you want from a guy, you can get that anywhere w/o the mind game of the on the job sexual harassment issue.

Well you see if you go up to him wont you feel a little uncomfortable with you as a girl asking a guy out. Yah, well maybe you could like give him signals to let him know that you are digging him. by that maybe he'll ask you out....Oh and another thing don't have sex with someone you hardly know. well i hope you take it seriously if you want to you know....!)

go up to him...put your hand on hima t soempoint...bend over...touch him....touvh his arm...body contact...lick and bite your lip - that makes him think of kissing...if you can wear your own clothes then wear something that shows a little and maybe get him to stare or tell himy oure cold and get him to hug you or tell him youre warma dn ask him to take the jacket offf for you...find excuses to be around him...ask him to lunch one day....find out what movie hed like to see and say how youd love to see it but all your friends have seen it or dont watch those types of movies.... or tell himy our favorite genre is porn and ask him if hes into watching a new one with you?...those are just a few things that youcan do to get a guy to come to you...

I think both of you should talk about this outsuide of work. bad relationship happen when they happen at work. Working and dating is not that good of a relationship. i would approach that person to find out.

i guess just be a little extra flirty.....but let him come 2 you. if you go to him, he might think he doesn't have to come to you and he'll start getting lazy and you'll start getting tired of doing all the work.
