He has the money and resources to take the latest and best treatments for the disease. In this country, most people with AIDS, don't die from the disease anymore, they die from the liver failure associated with treatment.

Magic Johnson has HIV which COULD turn into full-blown AIDS, which he has been fortunate (?) enough not to develop yet...it still could happen...I am assuming he is on all the drug cocktails, approved or otherwise, to keep his system strong so that he hasn't developed AIDS, but then he has the money and can afford it...most people that contract HIV do not have the money or insurance to afford the cocktails, unfortunately...sad

Magic dont have Aids he supposingly have HIV, but like they said he has the money to get good treatments
