Help My Programs wont start in my PC!?

My 2 week old PC is not working anymore. When you try to run a program it will jsut prompt some error and when you click ok, it will automatically restart. I tried uninstalling all the latest softwares and games but still the same thing happened. I have XP in my PC. Thanks!

2 weeks? you should still have warranty on it, call the support line. There could be numerous reasons why you computer would do that.

Please edit and add the error. Hard to guess without the message....
