HI. what do you mean ,by he flirts with her. Is it a verbal flirting or physical flirting? I have an impression that he dosen't like you enough not to flirt with her. If you don't like the feeling tell him to stop. Your insecurity might also intrigue him to flirt with her and may be with others too.I know it may be hard but try to feel so confident about the situation. When u see him talking to her walk up to them act cool, just to say hi and be yourself. Try giving compliments (even though u hate her) ,Like "i like your top or you have such beautiful hair" and always smile. Try to take control of the situation. Don't stay around him or them for long. Hang out with other people or a different person(guy who is also just a friend) but don't flirt with him though.
When i had a small issue with my boyfriend because he used to get late night calls. I would put my phone on alarm and pretend that some other guy was calling. Then he would get jealous too. I will also ask a friend to send me text messages late. When he conplained i told him that that was exactly the same way i felt when he got late night calls too. Ever since then no late night calls. Just try to take control of the situation. Don't HATE her. You know keep your friends close but your friends even closer. Hope it would help you somehow

First of all, you have to admit to yourself that you have a very insensitive bf. Second, he's a possible cheater, so be on the look out for that too. My opinion based on the info you've provided is that he's a jerk, but I wouldn't break up with him because of it. Unless, you really aren't that into him.
