Just cutting out pop and ice cream and other junk like that can make a huge difference. It's not like you have to live on salads and run miles to lose weight, especially when you have a lot to lose, a little effort can go a long way. It's really a matter of how many calories you take in each day. My dad is overweight, but he has lost over 25 pounds in the last 6 weeks by just not buying junk food! If it's not in the house, he can't eat it. Try writing down everything you eat..not to be obessed with it, but to realize if you are eating more than you really need. Try drinking lots of water, it helps to make your stomach feel full, because a lot of times when you want to munch on something, your body really just needs water. Don't deprive yourself of things if you are really craving it! If you are dying for some chocolate, dont eat just any chocolate you have, go find something really small and extremely richly flavored (like a godiva truffle or a fudgy brownie) that will get you over your craving without eating tons of it. That's my best secret. Please don't feel helpless or sad, you can change! Just try a few simple steps, don't do anything drastic, and remember, starving yourself or skipping meals only hurts you in the long run. Good luck!! =)

Please don't pay any attention to some of the fools that will answer this. Negative thoughts don't help matters any.

Try doing something productive, like cleaning all of the junk food out of your house and consiously not buying any more. (Of course don't deprive yourself entirely, because then you will go on a binge of junk food, and that is one of the worst things you can do.) Buy healthier foods and try to become more active. Even if you get up just once a week and do something instead of watching television or sitting in front of the computer, that is a start.

Just don't let yourself feel down over something like this. Try and make a change in your lifestyle that will help in the long run. Don't do anything drastic, because most of the time the drastic measures don't make YOU feel any better.

Most important, try to be happy with who you are and make the changes for YOU not for anyone else.

Weight loss is a tricky thing, you may think you want to lose weight but aren't really able to. You have to really really want to do it, you have to get to that point (you'll know when you get there). Where bad food isn't good to you anymore, you'll eat it thinking it will still taste good and give you the comfort it did before and it won't. You'll only want to eat healthy food, and vegetables will actually taste good to you. You'll want to work out and will feel awful when you aren't active. Then you will be able to lose those 100 lbs. Good luck in getting where you need to be. Meanwhile, make yourself into who you want to be on the inside.

Dr. Phil has a great book out about losing weight. You can probably get it at the library if you can't afford to buy it.

Stop feeding your face and get off your **** and excercise. It beggars belief how people moan about being overweight. The answer is as clear as the fat on your gut. Its about putting less calories in than what you burn off. I know a lot of fat people and the plain and simple fact is they are lazy and do not want to excercise. So if you don't want to excersise and help yourself, stop eating as much then you will have to stay fat, sorry its very simple.

If you don't want to lose the weight, there isn't anything anyone can do for you. Seems you can't commit to eating right.....but you sure commited to eating WRONG. Think about that. Just reverse it.
