Me and my first cousin are both male homosexual adults in a consenting homosexual relationship, yet no one wants to accept our lifestyle choice.

Liberals keep throwing words at us like: redneck, incest, trailer park, nascar, and wal-mart. Then conservatives keep throwing words at us like: fag, God, sin, and hell.

Whatever happened to openmindedness? Plus it isn't really incest because we cannot produce children as we are both male so the whole argument of birth defects is thrown right out the window. Come on people... be smart!

You would think that since those people don't agree with your life style, and sexual preferences they would at least be happy that you will not be having any offspring to pass your deviant behavior on to. :>)

Personnaly I'm O.K. with it.

Because when you (they) are wrong, and you want to prove your point, you must insist that you are right. - I was really talking about the religious leaders.

Now for the followers of religious leaders: Those who criticise homosexuals, know in their hearts that it is wrong to interfere in your life. However, their religious leaders have brainwashed them into pounding the Bible against you.

If you do an internet search you can confirm the following:

The biggest myth of our religious history is that God considers all homosexuality a sin. The original Bible text said no such thing. However, in 1611 when the Bible was translated into English for the first time, the selfish religious leaders put pressure on the translators to re-word the original text. The original text read something like "a married man should not spend sexual time with another man because it would cause disharmony with his wife".

The original Bible text did not condemn all Homosexuality. It condemned disharmony. (Which is what someone is doing to you when they interfere in your life.)

If you have a Jewish friend, have him read you the original Hebrew text.

Why did these religious leaders deliberately change the Bible? Answer: To grow their empire they encouraged their members to propogate large families so that their children would join and grow that particular religious empire. They discouraged/ condemned homosexuality because it would yield no new members, no new children to be brainwashed.

Yeah, incest isn't even part of the picture. I accept you and your lifestyle choice--sounds like you've got a good set up to me. I'm a lesbian--I don't have any lesbian cousins, so that situation couldn't happen for me. But I'm glad you've found someone you feel happy with. Redneck--lol. Those people obviously don't know what true "rednecks" look like. (I'm from a small town, so I know plenty of people happy to be called redneck--I say let's all just stick to calling them rednecks :). Do you think it would feel weird if it were your brother? It would feel kind of weird to me if it were my sister--I don't know that I'd call it "wrong," but it would feel weird to me. Just curious. :)

I know it's hard, but try to ignore the negativity, or else you'll get overwhelmed. I live in an ultra-conservative area. That crap'll make your head spin.

You know, this is one of those things that you're gonna hafta deal with for the rest of your life. I also have, ahem, homosexual tendancies. Although I realize that it's becoming more and more acceptable for women and almost more and more difficult for men, I still understand what you're going through. I've been there too. When someone says something about me and my lifestyle choices, I just smile and go on because I am proud of who I am. If I feel anything about the ordeal, it's pity for the poor fool who was brought up in a barn with horrible parents who taught them nothing about the world and accepting people different from themselves. As for the "God, sin, and hell" bit, tell those people that Jesus died for homosexuals, too, dammit!! You've gotta stand up for what you believe in. Don't let these people get you down. It's not their life. Don't let them influence yours in any way.

Personally, I don't have anything against you and your cousin or any gay person.
In all reality, people just don't understand homosexuality.
I beleive gay relationships are morally wrong because men and women were created to be mates or lovers and reproduce and multiply the earth with people.
Homosexuality seems to be some kind of epidemic from various sources starting from the brain, pornography and pure sexual addiction that probably grow deeper into other desires.
I don't know, I don't study this issue. I am just speaking of the possibilities of faulty sexual malfuction desires that may not be the gay persons fault.

ok incest is sleeping with family members period. not just producing with them. Its not cool nor acceptable by anyones moral standards. There is a weird reason you are attracted to your cousin enough to sleep with him or be in a relationship with him. I am a homosexual, I have FINE Cousins that would turn a few heads. And thouh I think they are sexy and handsome as hell, I would never cross that line.

I'm not religious and I don't have any problem with your life choice made between consenting adults to be homosexual. The first cousins thing bothers me a bit more but like you said you won't be reproducing so I guess it doesn't matter.

Hey, to each his own.

To be honest, the first cousin thing freaks me out a little, not the homsexual part. Maybe thats just cause all my first cousins are ugly.

BTW, Incest is in the Bible. Who do you think Adam and Eves kids mated with? Just a point for you to use.

I don't even care. I don't know you so do whatever you want. I read a book about a kingdom that wanted to keep the throne pure. Sob brother's and sisters would get married. Be king and queen and keep the blood on the throne poor. Since they all had the same genes.

You are accepted by many Christians, Atheist and others who are built like you. What do you want? The world to come to their knees before you. Even most of the world rejected Jesus Christ at first. He had to suffer the humiliation of the sacrificial cross before he was accepted by even a little part of the world. XX Betty.

There are countless medical analyze that have shown that there are a number of components that circulate into figuring out one's sexual orientation, factors of interest, and sexual needs. analyze on biology and sexual orientation have shown that, a minimum of in part, there's a organic and organic foundation for sexual orientation. the substantial organic and organic components are oftentimes concept to be genetic and hormonal. besides the undeniable fact that, maximum scientists agree that it is no longer likely that there is a single "gay gene" that determines something as complicated as sexual orientation, and that that's greater in all probability to be the consequence of countless organic and organic, social, and environmental components. The view that submit-natal environmental impact is the only determinant of sexual orientation gender is increasing uncommon between most of the medical community. in spite of if there became into conclusive information that homosexuality is the consequence of biology and genetics, what difference will it make? Racial discrimination has no longer long previous away even in spite of the undeniable fact that there is not any doubt that racial decision is genetic. Sexism exists even in spite of the undeniable fact that all of us be attentive to that sexual decision is genetic. looking a 'gay gene' will neither make homosexuality morally or socially perfect to those that refuse to settle for it, nor will it lessen homophobia.
