I left my fridge cracked open for about 4 hours this morning. Should I throw the food out or will it be okay? The stuff was "sweating" but not completely thawed.....

If it is fruits and veges you should be fine just check them for rotting if they were near ripe.

For fresh meats, I do not recommend that you take any chances any number of bacterium could have grown.Throw them out.

For deli meats I suggest you throw those out too.

open Milk and dairy products I suggest that you throw them out too.

If you have pets or a pest problem you may wish to consider throwing out anything that they may have contaminated.

For jams and other items I suggest once they don't make a popping sound when you open them you can consider keeping them as they are not fermenting.... but monitor them carefully.

If nothing actually thawed, it is all still fine.
