Only thing you need to do to increase the size of your picture is change the scanning resolution before the final scan. Usually the scan software sets it to a default of 100. Change the resolution will increase the size of the picture, and will not make it blurry like resizing in a photo editing program after its already been scanned at a certain size.

Just start at 200 resolution and change to 300, 400, 500, 600 etc depending on your needs. Most scanners go up to around 2400 or higher resolution making most phots *HUGE* but would work great in increasing a keychain photo.

Depends on the software you are using for doing the scanning. Usually if you look through the menus you will find a place where you can set the size (50%, 100%, 200%, etc.) Can norammly scan to a larger size without the picture becoming fuzzy.

If not, you can scan normally and then use any graphic editing progam (such as the Paint program included with Windows) to enlarge the picture. It will become "fuzzier" as you enlarge it.
