I love to drink Club Soda and Seltzer Water. But I have diabetes and I have been hearing that they can have adverse affects on our bodies, specifically the liver. Does anyone have any information on this? Please Provide sources.

You just need to watch the sodium content. Carbonation isn't necessarily bad for you; it can kill harmful bacterias that cause infection. Thus, good to drink carbonated water when travelling. However, carbonation can leech calcium from your body. Just make sure you are taking a calcium supplement. There are far worse things you could put in your body.
