Listen to what the people above me are saying! Lots of water, obsessive chapstick during the day (there's a brand, I think called Labello that has a pink tint so it's a little prettier than regular chapstick aha) or! Softlips is a GREAT brand with lots of cool smells.
And at night before you sleep, put vaseline on your lips. Helps stop them from drying out in the night :D

Start by exfoliating your lips. Use a dry wash cloth and gently rub them.
Put a thin film of glycerin to soften and protect your lips.
You can get a small bottle of pure vegetable glycerin at the drug store or health food.
This is a different method but worked for me.
I would stay away from anything with pertoleum based ingredients- jelly, carmex, etc. It's far from natural.

there is truly a three-step software you ought to purchase at maximum pharmacies. i exploit "epidermis outcomes," and that i love it plenty. the first step is the biggest one- it gently exfoliates your lips, which eliminates the useless epidermis cells and famous the wholesome ones. the 2d step fills in the wrinkles, which make your lips experience and look smoother. The 0.33 step is a lip gloss to moisturize. a more low priced technique is to apply a tender-bristled teeth brush (no longer the only you take advantage of to sparkling your tooth) and exfoliate your lips that way. It serves an same objective because the first step. keep on with up with a sturdy chap stick or lip gloss. you are able to also purchase lip moisturizer.

Vaseline or Neosporin applied everyday will do it. From then on use chapstick and drink plenty of fluids. If you lick your lips too often, then that could be a problem. P.S. Be sure to apply it before you go to bed.
